Allison Calteux is a photographer and fine artist from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her BA in Communication and Photography from Carroll University in 2020 and her MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2023. Her practice is centered around the relationship between photography, remembrance, and death wherein analog and historical photographic processes are used to explore ritual and archives in art. She currently teaches at UW-Milwaukee and Carroll University as an adjunct lecturer.
